THE CHALLENGE

Turn the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, CA into a Marvel Laboratory.

At the Rewards Lab, everyday heroes were invited to step into The Google Play Rewards Lab and experiment with the powers of The Fantastic Four, all while collecting exclusive rewards from Google Play. Envisioned as its own automated invention, The Rewards Lab launched fans into action via a larger-than-life conveyor belt that carried them through four interactive pods showcasing Mr. Fantastic’s stretchability, Sue Storm’s light-pending force fields, and more.

We reached for all of our superpowers on this one. Two oversized conveyor belts transporting fans throughout the lab, four screen-filled sub-stations and a grand laboratory entrance made this Google Play/Fantastic Four build the mega presence that it was. This was the definition of modular design and construction. Every inch of this experience was designed with transportation and installation in mind. With 3 semi-truck loads of line items, logistics were paramount to an organized and successful installation.
